SOUP IDEAS
Any tin of soup can become delicious when you add cream,
evaporated milk and pepper. No salt...there is usually too much salt already.
1. Quick
tomato sauce
8 tomatoes fresh chopped fine in a food processor and 1/2
cup of water
boil, simmer and add pepper, salt, a dash of vinegar and 1/2
teaspoon of sugar
add a carton of cream or a tin of evaporated milk
serve with grated cheese, chopped basil or cream
You can do the same with two tins of tomato soup OR a jar of
pasta sauce
2.Mushroom
soup
2 tins of cream of mushroom sauce
1 carton of fresh mushrooms
1 small onion and 1 clove of garlic chopped

pepper

soup
cube 4-6 potatoes
chop one onion and one garlic clove

pour off some fat, add potatoes and just enough water to
cover them
