Stomboli Anyone?

Last night we thoroughly enjoyed my first gift from the "Hospitality Box".  Dianne T. made us a delicious Stromboli.  I don't think I have ever had Stromboli before but I sure plan to in the future.  This was a perfect meal after a messy day of Christmas baking with my daughter.  Thanks Dianne!  And, for the rest of you, here is the recipe:

Stromboli Served with Marinara Sauce

Italian bread dough (pg. 128 of Practicing Hospitality)
2 C. mozzarella cheese or 6 slices provolone
3 oz. pepperoni
4 oz. ham
3 oz. sausage
1/2 C. olives
optional-sliced mushroom, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper

1.  Make dough in bread machine.  Roll into 10 x 15 rectangle on floured surface.
2.  Cover entire rectangle with toppings.
3.  Starting with long side of rectangle, roll dough into log shape.  Seal ends by pinching dough together.
4.  Carefully lift onto lightly greased baking sheet.   Cover and allow to rise for about 40 minutes.
5.  Bake on sheet for 20 minutes at 400 or until lightly browned.

Marinara Sauce

28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 T. parsley
1 t. garlic, oregano, salt
1/4 t. pepper
6 T. olive oil
1/3 finely chopped onion

1.  Blend all but onion in blender
2.  Saute onion in oil.
3.  Add to sauce, simmer 30 minutes.
